Record electronic votes in any meeting room
Agenda.NET is offering an integration for electronic and wireless voting devices. The devices can be used in any meeting room with or without Internet or network connection.
The minutes taker can start and stop the voting process to each item with simple mouse clicks. The application will automatically receive the voting results for each member from the devices and will store them in the database.
The devices can also record Mover and Seconder for each item.
The minutes maker can change the votes if necessary. The voting process can also be restarted.
Voting results, agenda item titles, and recommendations can be displayed on screens in the meeting room and live in the Internet Information Portal.
One receiver (USB-Stick) can manage up to 1,500 devices.
